Vinyasa Flow Yoga
In this class, students explore the flow and dynamic movement between the breath and each pose, while at the same time delving into each pose at a fundamental level. Vinyasa Flow classes present the student with proper alignment cues as they are led through a series of sequences designed to link the breath to each yoga pose, or asana.
